[Remote] Sales Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bimbo Bakeries USA is the largest baking company in the world, employing over 20,000 associates nationwide. They are seeking a Sales Analyst who will provide data analytics and operational support to various internal departments, focusing on identifying business development opportunities and influencing decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties which include but are not limited to: maintenance of business systems, holiday schedules, new item setups and presentation support
• Prepare weekly new product performance, trend reports, customers out of stock reporting, and account performance reports
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations as needed
• Ensure internal database integrity, hierarchy implementation, and maintenance
• Manage BBU Sales Systems
• Research Sourcing, Route Contracts, Menus, etc
• Communication to Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution Teams for system changes and upcoming process changes
• Supports Manager of Sales Systems
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
• 1-3 Years required experience in CPG Industry, Customer Relations, Sales or Analytics
• DSD experience
• Must have strong Project Management acumen
• Demonstrated process driven mindset, excellent organizational and planning skills
• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required
• Ability to travel 5-10%
• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted for education
• 3+ years is a plus
• Experience collaborating with Cross Functional Groups
• Proficient in System related tools, AS400 & Central Data Base preferred
• Proficient in BBU systems such Margin Miner & Micro Strategies preferred
