They are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify opportunities and build relationships with law firms across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research law firms that fit our target customer profile (typically firms with 20–100 employees)
- Build and maintain prospect lists for outreach
- Present target prospect lists for review and approval
- Conduct outbound prospecting with a primary focus on cold calling
- Help find language that attracts buyer attention and improves conversion
- Generate qualified meetings and consultation opportunities
- Build relationships with firm representatives and decision-makers
- Maintain prospect activity and notes within CRM
- Collaborate with leadership on messaging and outreach effectiveness
- Participate in weekly reviews and ongoing coaching discussions
Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of cold outreach experience
- Demonstrated experience booking meetings through outbound efforts
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable conducting frequent cold conversations
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience selling to law firms
- Experience selling technology, software, or professional services
- Experience selling automation and AI
- Experience managing email campaigns
- Experience with CRM and sales automation tools
