Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for clients across a vast array of industries and positions
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop a prospective candidate pool that meet the defined search criteria
- Built rapport with internal and external stakeholders to better define search criteria
- Utilize Boolean search strings to identify prospective talent across a variety of internal and external databases
- Lead research-based projects on competitor analysis such as salary studies and location-based information
- Write and manage external, discrete job postings
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills and abilities and match as best fit for the open roles
- Provide sourcing reports to both internal and external teams as requested
- Promote company reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Reach key metrics based on volume of candidates sourced, interviews booked and placements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong internal customer relationship and external customer service skills
- Experience with MS Office suite of products
- Robust organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively over remote platforms including phone and video
- Proactive in problem-solving with a can-do attitude
- Active listening skills to best understand our clients' needs
