Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals, families, and business owners to evaluate healthcare coverage needs
• Educate clients on available health insurance and supplemental coverage options
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions regarding their coverage
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Utilize virtual communication tools to conduct appointments and manage client interactions
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed
