- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts
- Act as a long-term talent partner, strengthening and expanding our professional community over time
Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple industries
- Experience hiring in South Korea, North Korea, China, and across major Korean-speaking diaspora communities in North America, Central Asia, and Japan
- Native or bilingual Korean proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
