Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to become an integral part of our Quality Control division. Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that are essential to maintaining our high standards of quality and compliance. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Data Collection and Validation: Perform and support the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on critical data elements. You will ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis process, maintaining the highest standards of quality in all deliverables.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with developing and delivering results from complex data analyses for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. Your ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations will be crucial to the success of this role.
- Ad Hoc Analysis and Response: Support the analysis of critical ad hoc requests arising from emerging operational issues. Provide insightful responses that enable senior leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
- Data Visualization and Presentation: Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools. Create compelling visual representations that support relevant points of investigation and facilitate partner understanding across all levels of the organization.
- Query Development and Data Management: Assist with developing and distributing complex queries to pull and organize data from various sources. Establish data rhythms and validate the necessity of data requirements to ensure efficient and accurate information flow.
- Process Auditing and Improvement: Identify process anomalies through comprehensive reviews and audits. Effectively communicate findings to the team and recommend corrective actions that enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
