[Remote] Project Manager 2 (contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Humana is a healthcare company seeking a Project Manager 2 for a temporary contractor role through Atrium. The Project Manager 2 will manage all aspects of projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion, while also maintaining project documentation and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project tracker, timeline, and supporting project management tools
• Manage the meeting cadence, including drafting agendas, capturing and disseminating notes, and tracking action items
• Collect and share weekly workstream updates to ensure visibility and alignment
• Support preparation for leadership report-outs
• Manage the central project site as the central repository for all materials
• Coordinate requests for and collection of relevant documentation from stakeholders
• Maintain key project documentation and oversee regular updates and reviews

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Less than 5 years of technical experience
• Proficiency in project tracking tools and software (e.g., SharePoint, Lucid, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience preparing concise, actionable leadership report-outs
• Ability to develop and manage detailed project timelines and trackers
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple, concurrent responsibilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Experience working with a Medicaid managed care organization and/or Humana
