[Remote] Project Manager 1

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Metasys Technologies is a company seeking a Project Manager 1 to oversee and enhance financial systems. The role involves leading process improvement efforts, managing day-to-day project tasks, and ensuring accurate processing of customer payments while minimizing fraud risk.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain financial systems
• Lead process improvement efforts to enhance accuracy and performance of financial systems
• Focus on inbound customer payments & payment fraud:
• Ensure accurate processing
• Minimize fraud risk
• Provide technical/functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing financial systems
• Act as liaison to IT for system programming and coding
• Develop solutions to financial systems issues and collaborate on new feature implementation
• Perform financial systems testing and ensure modules work effectively with proper security
• Work on all phases of financial systems development and maintenance:
• Design, development, implementation, testing, ongoing support
• Manage day-to-day work prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time
• Prepare, review, or provide input to project business cases
• Manage process improvement, productivity, methodology, and standards
• Provide training and assist in team member development (operations and technical expertise)

Skills

• 5+ years Project/Product Management experience with business and IT/Tech Dev stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for requirements elicitation and documentation
• Self-driven, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead teams from ideation to completion
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams
