As a Remote Premium Audit Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for support and service related to commercial audits. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex customer requests with professionalism and efficiency. You will be responsible for addressing questions and concerns from policyholders, agents, and business partners in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that every customer receives the high-quality service they deserve.
Your daily responsibilities will involve collecting, sending, and routing forms and documentation necessary to assist customer requests. You will provide support across a highly diverse cross-functional product set, technology platforms, and applications – meaning no two days will be exactly alike. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. We need our team members to be flexible to work within the hours of operation, as well as some holidays. This flexibility allows us to provide exceptional service to our customers across different time zones and ensures that we meet their needs when they need us most.
Important Note: Attendance is critical to your success and is 100% mandatory for the duration of training. Your participation, performance, schedule adherence, and attendance will be continually assessed throughout training and throughout your entire career at arenaflex.
