What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline of our pet pharmacy operations. Your primary responsibility is to engage directly with customers who reach out for support, information, and assistance with their pet health needs. This role goes far beyond simply answering phones—we're looking for thoughtful, proactive problem-solvers who are eager to deliver memorable experiences.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Researching and analyzing customer concerns to identify appropriate solutions while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.
- Processing prescription requests, verifying customer information, and ensuring accurate documentation for all pharmacy transactions.
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by providing personalized recommendations and exceeding expectations at every interaction.
- Documenting customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Collaborating with pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, and other team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

- Must be a resident of Kentucky and reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check required for Kentucky Pharmacy Technician licensing.
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Strong commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and maintaining customer confidentiality.
