[Remote] Personal Financial Advisor

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Umanist NA is seeking experienced Personal Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Management professionals to contribute their expertise to the development of next-generation AI-powered financial advisory solutions. This fully remote contract role involves providing expert insights across various financial planning domains and helping improve AI-generated financial advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert insights across financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and wealth management
• Review realistic client scenarios and evaluate financial recommendations
• Deliver structured written feedback to improve AI-generated financial advice
• Help ensure AI outputs align with industry best practices and regulatory standards
• Explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner
• Assess budgeting, debt management, retirement, and investment strategies
• Apply sound judgment when balancing short-term financial needs with long-term wealth-building goals
• Support the development of AI-assisted financial planning tools through your domain expertise

Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Personal Financial Advisory or Private Wealth Management
• Experience advising High-Net-Worth (HNW) or Mass Affluent clients
• Strong expertise in: Financial Planning, Investment Management, Retirement Planning (401(k), IRA, etc.), Tax-Aware Financial Strategies, Debt Management
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Knowledge of personal finance regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to provide clear, structured written feedback
• CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is mandatory
