What You'll Do
As a Data Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting our data infrastructure teams in maintaining and optimizing our data systems. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data pipelines and systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all datasets. Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies or anomalies promptly.
- System Monitoring: Assist in tracking the performance of various data systems and platforms, documenting any issues and coordinating with engineering teams for resolution.
- Data Entry & Management: Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in our databases and systems.
- Documentation Support: Create and maintain documentation for data processes, workflows, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing across teams.
- User Support: Provide first-level support to internal stakeholders regarding data access, reporting tools, and data-related inquiries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and data analysts to ensure seamless data operations.
