Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Silverwork Solutions is a Mortgage FinTech startup focused on reinventing mortgage lending through automation. They are seeking an Operations Support Analyst to provide critical support to the Client Success and Software Engineering teams by managing client requests and ensuring effective communication between clients and engineering.
Responsibilities
- As the owner of the client request process, you will capitalize on your mortgage experience to help our team work efficiently and effectively
- You’ll do this by gathering client issues and concerns, assisting in troubleshooting, and identifying corrective measures
- Basically, you will make sure that client requests make sense, communicate them effectively to the engineering team, and follow the requests through to completion and delivery to the client
- You’ll also monitor our automation systems and related KPIs to help ensure the quality of our services
Skills
- Mortgage experience (i.e. Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor or Operations Support role)
- Interest and aptitude for technology and systems thinking
- Understanding the need for confidentiality, follow-through, and detail orientation
- Professional communication skills
- Loosely related degree
- Previous experience in mortgage-related roles
