Responsibilities
- Produce Market Dominance: Utilize your 7+ years of experience to target and secure high-volume reefer and produce accounts throughout Central and Northern California
- Specialized Commodity Management: Drive growth across our core refrigerated and dry commodity lines, including strawberries, pistachios, broccoli, dried fruit, and nuts
- High-Value Vertical Growth: Expand our reach into temperature-controlled specialty items such as wine, cherries, beer, chocolate, meats, and cut flowers
- Territory Expansion: Strategically manage and grow shipments from a wide geographical range, from Ukiah to Needles, CA, ensuring ALC is the first call for California shippers
- Innovation-Led Sales: Implement Silicon Valley-style innovation into your sales approach, using modern technology and data to benefit the customer’s bottom line
- Collaborative Leadership: Work directly with our San Mateo crew to accelerate branch success and build long-term, multi-million-dollar partnerships

- 7+ Years of Proven Logistics Sales: Documented history of exceeding targets in B2B or enterprise sales
- Transferable Book of Business: A strong, existing network primarily focused on FTL Reefer and Produce
