Position Overview

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our health plan members and providers, delivering exceptional customer service via telephone while working from the comfort of your own home.

As a Member Services Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our members receive the support and information they need regarding their health benefits. You will handle a variety of inquiries, including eligibility verification, provider changes, ID card requests, and questions about benefits and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to navigate complex information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Important Note: This position requires you to live within 50 miles of Linthicum, MD, as you may need to commute to our office location when working from home is not feasible due to prolonged technical issues. However, the primary work arrangement is remote, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home while still being connected to our team.
