Job Title: Remote Media Buyer - Affiliate Marketing (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Part-time initially
Salary:$1,500 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 20hrs per week within 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern, some weekends might be needed

Job Overview
The Performance Media Buyer will be responsible for managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok. This is a highly performance-driven role focused on optimizing full-funnel outcomes-from click to conversion-rather than vanity metrics.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, is comfortable managing large budgets, and can consistently optimize campaigns based on downstream performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, and funded conversions. This role requires a high level of ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate independently.
Responsibilities:
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Manage five-figure monthly advertising budgets across lead generation campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for downstream performance metrics (CPL, CPA, funded conversions)
• Conduct daily A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
• Identify and scale new traffic sources and growth opportunities
• Monitor performance closely and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Provide weekly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
Required:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance affiliate marketing (lead generation required)
• Proven track record running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns at scale
• Experience managing budgets of $50K+ per month
• Strong understanding of full-funnel optimization (click to conversion)
• Ability to provide proof of results (screenshots or screen recordings of ad accounts, including spend and performance metrics)
• Strong conversational English for meetings with U.S.-based teams
• Strong written English for reporting and internal communication
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
• Must be physically located in Argentina (GMT-3)
Preferred:
• Experience with tracking platforms such as Voluum or ClickFlare
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams
