[Remote] Marketing Coordinator (Research Marketing)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Research Marketing initiatives. This role focuses on executing recruitment campaigns, managing creative assets, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Research recruitment marketing campaigns across priority programs
• Oversee creative asset trafficking, routing for approvals, and deployment across paid media channels (Research, Policy and Brand campaigns as needed)
• Develop and manage owned social content calendars for Research recruitment initiatives
• Assist with campaign setup, QA, and launch coordination across internal and external partners
• Partner with Analytics to compile monthly performance reports and surface actionable insights
• Support testing initiatives and learning agendas across campaigns
• Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and budget trackers
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure smooth execution across teams
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform campaign optimization

Skills

• Knowledge of marketing, communications, or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and content execution
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising ecosystems
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfort working with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) preferred
• Passion for the Foundation's mission and advancing Parkinson's research
