[Remote] Machine Learning Engineer

WorkGenius Group is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement advanced LLM pipelines and ensure their reliability and performance. The role involves developing evaluation frameworks, maintaining RAG architectures, and deploying systems in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship agentic LLM pipelines, including multi-step reasoning, tool use, reflection loops, long-horizon planning, and memory systems
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent reliability, performance, and safety across a wide range of tasks
• Develop and maintain RAG architectures, vector databases, and external tool integrations
• Deploy, optimize, and scale agentic systems in production environments
• Translate cutting-edge AI research into practical, production-ready solutions

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Applied AI with strong hands-on LLM expertise
• Strong Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Hugging Face
• Proven experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or AutoGen
• Deep understanding of tool-use patterns and workflow orchestration
• Experience building RAG systems and working with embedding models
