Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IT Associates is seeking an IT Program Coordinator / PMO Analyst for a complex Cloud Migration program. The role involves supporting the Program Manager, maintaining the Integrated Project Plan, and ensuring reliable delivery execution across multiple teams and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Integrated Project Plan (IPP) as the system of record for deliverables, dependencies, and sequencing
- Maintain explicit dependency mapping across deliverables and migration waves
- Identify patterns of converging risks, delays, and dependencies that may impact delivery stability
- Identify schedule slippage early and propose mitigation options
- Enforce plan integrity by ensuring status, dependencies, and RAID data are accurate, current, and decision-grade
- Establish and enforce structure where data, ownership, or processes are incomplete or inconsistent
- Maintain RAID registers with clear deliverable linkage, ownership, due dates, and closure criteria
- Facilitate RAID review sessions and escalate blockers systematically
- Ensure all RAID items are linked to impacted deliverables within the plan
