The Inside Sales Representative will participate in a remote training program and will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote services and assist potential customers with their needs.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to loyal customers to promote additional services
- Answer inbound calls from potential new customers looking to improve their homes and yards
- Assist customers in solving their problems and advise on the best solutions
- Acquire necessary information to document sales and process payments
- Open doors to new opportunities through referrals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Remote Sales experience
- Ambition to win right! We don't sacrifice relationships or ethics
- Confidence and efficiency in speaking over the phone with prospective customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific programs
- Spanish fluency is a plus
