[Remote] Inside Sales Rep

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Terminix is a part of the Rentokil family of companies, a global leader in Pest Control services. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling and upselling Pest Management Services to residential prospects while maintaining a customer-focused service and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage outbound daily sales calls expectations
• Consistently maintain a 35% or better closing rate and convert customer call-ins to 52% or better into our Year Round Protection Plan
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target
• Clearly identify and execute the Inside Sales 7 Step Sales Approach
• Follow up on all Proposed/Proposed/Open Orders and Sold/Proposed within 48 hours
• Re-solicitation/calls to convert single purchase customers into Year Round Protection Plan
• Effectively Execute Residential Campaigns for both new and existing customers
• Call volume standards are 12-15 Calls per Hour, 4-5 Contacts per Hour and 1-2 Appointments scheduled per Hour
• Multi-tasking skills are essential

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-1 years of Sales experience and Call Center experience required
• Read, write and comprehend written and spoken English to communicate effectively and professionally at all times
• Possess a strong familiarity with the call center environment
• Use active listening skills and empathy when interacting with others
• Apply excellent interpersonal skills
• Possess service orientation with a desire to make a positive impact on all customers and colleagues
• Successfully work in a team environment
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Be self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or later, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Have knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Drive and associated programs frequently used at Rentokil North America
• Must pass pre-employment background screen
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record search
