[Remote] Inbound Sales Representative - Tire and Auto Service

They are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to engage customers, solve their automotive needs, and foster a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the ultimate brand and customer advocate
• Sprinkle positivity through calls, web chat, and social media interactions like confetti at a celebration
• Ask questions, depart knowledge, and guide customers seamlessly through their automotive journey
• Collaborate with our super team to conquer customer escalations and resolutions!
• Educate and schedule customers for a date with destiny at a Sun Auto Tire & Service location
• Respond faster than a pit stop crew to maintenance and retention requests
• Keep our customer records shinier than a freshly waxed car!
• Project a vibe so positive it rivals a beach day under the Sun
• Be a goal-crushing legend, accountable to our vision, values, and targets
• Maintain a passion for Sun Auto's products and services – because cars are cool, and so are you!

Skills

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing (CSR heroes, we're looking at you!)
• Familiarity with InContact, Zendesk, or similar telephony and CRM software
• A track record of good tenure
• Experienced with Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Teams
• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for a bachelor's degree)
• Remote work experience – because we believe in the power of flexibility!

• Bilingual skills are a plus
