What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our Pharmacy Benefits division, you'll be the voice of arenaflex for our members. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Member Support: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries from plan members regarding their health insurance, drug coverage, and prescription benefits
- Problem Resolution: Address member concerns with empathy and efficiency, providing solutions that facilitate their treatment and improve their healthcare experience
- Education: Explain complex healthcare concepts in simple, understandable terms, helping members better comprehend their services and options
- Documentation: Accurately document member interactions, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies
- HIPAA Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and federal privacy requirements while handling sensitive member information
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on arenaflex's benefit plans, coverage policies, and operational procedures to provide accurate information

Qualifications We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Customer Interaction Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role (call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience)

- Communication Skills: Excellent telephone communication skills with the ability to convey trust and confidence
