About the Role: Remote Healthcare Customer Experience Associate

As a Healthcare Customer Experience Associate at careerzynith, you will handle a high volume of inbound telehealth phone calls and email inquiries on behalf of our clients. You will become a knowledgeable resource for patients seeking help with insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription concerns, and a variety of technical issues—including real-time support during time-sensitive healthcare situations. Each day will bring new challenges, but you will never feel alone. You will be backed by a supportive team, comprehensive training, and the tools you need to thrive.
