The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute organic growth strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
- Create and manage marketing content (blogs, PR content, social media assets)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for content ideation, copywriting, and repurposing
- Collaborate with designers using tools like Canva to produce engaging visuals
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats to maximize reach
- Schedule and publish content using Buffer or Hootsuite
- Track engagement and optimize content based on performance data
- Develop and execute SEO and keyword strategies to drive organic traffic
- Manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority and rankings
- Perform competitor analysis and SEO audits using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush
- Collaborate with developers and content teams to improve search visibility
- Use tools like Surfer SEO and Google Search Console to optimize performance
- Oversee website projects using ASTRO and headless WordPress
- Coordinate with developers to support landing pages, campaigns, and content publishing
- Maintain and optimize website content and performance
- Manage and improve marketing reports and performance tracking
- Support campaigns across email marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations
- Track performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
- Coordinate execution across teams using tools like Slack and Asana
- Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, measured, and optimized
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and campaign execution
- Integrate AI into workflows to improve speed and efficiency
- Continuously test and adopt new AI tools to improve performance
Skills
- Experience in social media management and organic growth strategies
- Strong experience in content creation and content management (blogs, assets, digital content)
- Experience coordinating across marketing, design, and development teams
- Proven ability to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper AI
- Experience with: Social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite)
