Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates from various platforms, including Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Ladders, etc
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
• Manage the ATS and coordinate interviews
• Assist in offer negotiations and maintain recruitment metrics

Skills

• Recruitment experience, preferably in a remote setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Any Bachelor's degree
