About This Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-obsessed, and self-motivated professional to join our growing team as a Remote Account Manager focused on Third-Party (3P) Marketplace Development. What You'll Do
As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships with sellers who contribute to our expansive product selection. This position is chartered with discovering new product categories, negotiating competitive pricing, and ensuring exceptional convenience for our customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Develop a thorough understanding of market segments, seasonal trends, and global industry developments. Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to join our platform through direct sales outreach, virtual events, industry conferences, and compelling presentations that showcase the value of partnering with arenaflex.
- Seller Enablement & Success: Guide sellers through best practices of online selling, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that help them achieve excellence in delivery performance, customer experience, and business growth objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product to address seller challenges and ensure seamless integration into our marketplace ecosystem.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze product selection gaps and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to attract key marketplace players, ultimately maximizing our product variety and customer base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned seller accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within arenaflex.
- Performance Optimization: Drive revenue growth by helping sellers optimize their product listings, pricing strategies, and advertising campaigns on our platform.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for talented individuals who bring a combination of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a passion for e-commerce. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and is energized by the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
- 1 to 3 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using consultative and solutions-focused selling methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex data, metrics, and financial information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for driving results and winning.
- Experience selling nascent products or entering new markets is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of direct e-commerce experience working with marketplace platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry.
- 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Familiarity with seller ecosystems, third-party marketplace dynamics, or platform business models.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Knowledge of international trade, cross-border e-commerce, or global marketplace operations.
