[Remote] Director of Product Marketing

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of product marketing efforts, ensuring that products resonate with the target audience and drive user adoption. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling narratives and guiding the product marketing team to achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance the user experience
• Oversee the creation of impactful messaging and positioning for product launches and updates
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies and product development
• Collaborate with sales teams to create sales enablement tools, training programs, and resources that enhance selling effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to evolve marketing strategies
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs within the product development process

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative problem solver with a data-driven approach to decision-making
