Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare documentation. Your primary duties will include:
- Accurate Data Entry: Enter data into the QuickClaim system with precision and efficiency, utilizing provided images and source documents to ensure complete and accurate information capture.
- Document Classification: Identify and categorize various document types based on established guidelines and protocols, ensuring proper handling and processing of each document category.
- Quality Assurance: Review and validate entered data to ensure adherence to quality standards, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors in the data.
- HIPAA Compliance: Uphold the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex's security policies, maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and protection.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors as required, participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals.
- Process Improvement: Propose enhancements to existing processes and workflows, contributing innovative ideas that can improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance.
- Task Completion: Efficiently complete all assigned tasks within established deadlines, managing your workload effectively to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.

- Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and dependability, with a track record of maintaining consistent attendance and completing assigned tasks on time.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data entry procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience in healthcare documentation or medical billing is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy best practices.
- Familiarity with QuickClaim or similar data entry systems.
- Prior remote work experience or virtual team collaboration.
