Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, minimizing resolution time while maximizing satisfaction
- Assess the complexity of issues and determine appropriate resolution strategies
- Escalate complex or technical issues to higher tiers of support when necessary, providing detailed documentation
- Follow established escalation procedures to ensure seamless hand-offs and continuity of care
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation to help future customers and team members
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed and comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Log all communications accurately in our CRM system, capturing essential details for future reference
