Role Overview
As a Remote Data Entry & Customer Support Associate, you will be an integral part of the Guest Experience AI team. Your primary focus will be to assist in data collection, entry, and quality assurance for AI models that enhance guest interactions across careerzynith’s digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and validation for large‑scale datasets used in ML model training.
