- Cross-check data for discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies in a timely manner, implementing quality control measures to minimize errors and maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure all deadlines for data entry tasks are met, contributing to smooth workflow and project completion
- Ensure strict compliance with company confidentiality policies while handling sensitive information, maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry, office administration, or related fields are strongly preferred and considered a significant plus

- Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite, with demonstrated ability to navigate multiple platforms efficiently
