Position Overview
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, organization, and security of our company's information systems. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining information on our databases and computer systems, ensuring that our data remains current, accurate, and readily accessible to team members across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the arenaflex data management team, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Data Entry & Input: Efficiently and accurately input text-based and numerical information from source documents within established time limits, ensuring all data is entered correctly the first time.
- Data Compilation & Verification: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities when possible.
- Quality Control: Carefully review all entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Check output for errors and make necessary corrections to maintain data integrity.
- Research & Information Gathering: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents when necessary to ensure all records are complete and accurate.
- Database Management: Apply data program techniques and procedures to organize, maintain, and optimize our information systems.
- Report Generation: Generate reports as needed and store completed work in designated locations while performing regular backup operations to prevent data loss.
- Document Handling: Scan documents and print files when needed, ensuring proper handling and storage of all physical and digital records.
- Confidentiality: Keep all information strictly confidential and adhere to data protection policies and procedures at all times.
- Information Requests: Respond to queries for information and access relevant files in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications
