Position Summary

careerzynith is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Remote Customer Service Specialist II to join our Provider Relations team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound provider inquiries, manage Medicaid enrollment processes, and support compliance reviews. This is a temporary assignment (60‑90 days) with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Work Environment & Schedule

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable high‑speed internet and a computer capable of supporting remote‑desktop applications. The standard work schedule is 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. A headset with a noise‑cancelling microphone is required to ensure clear communication with providers and internal teams.
