We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team, serving patients and healthcare facilities with excellence. This position is based in the Cincinnati, OH area but operates fully remotely, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our collaborative team.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive customer service and collection duties within the Revenue Cycle, leveraging your knowledge of all areas of Patient Financial Services. Your work will directly impact patients' financial experiences during what can often be a stressful time in their healthcare journey.

As part of your professional development journey at arenaflex, all new Customer Service Specialists are required to obtain the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 9 months of hire.
