Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing our valued clients with courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times. You will generate outbound calls to specific low-volume accounts to provide excellent service and communication to accounts not currently called on by our field sales associates.
