The Role: Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for many of our clients. Schedule and Hours:
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week
- Core hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
- Candidates in other time zones are welcome to apply – simply convert our Eastern Time hours to your local time zone
- This is a day shift position with consistent weekly scheduling
Compensation and Benefits

- Annual Starting Pay: $40,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience)
- Employment Type: Full-time W-2 employee (not a 1099 independent contractor position)
- Paid Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training with pay
- PTO (Paid Time Off):
- Immediate: 2 hours earned per pay period
- After 1 year: 40 hours per year
- After 3 years: 80 hours per year
- After 6 years: 120 hours per year
- After 10 years: 160 hours per year
