About This Role
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the friendly voice that greets our B2B clients whenever they reach out for language interpretation services. This is a non-sales position focused entirely on delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating connections between clients and our network of professional interpreters.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every client receives the support they need quickly, efficiently, and professionally. You will be the first point of contact for businesses seeking interpreter services, and your ability to listen actively, assess needs accurately, and connect clients with the right resources will be central to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

- Location: Positions are open to candidates in the Greater Knoxville, Tennessee area. You must reside within this region to be eligible for consideration.
- Training: Comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to succeed. Training consists of eight (8) hours per day for two (2) weeks, giving you a solid foundation in our processes, systems, and client service standards.
- Shift Commitment: A commitment to your chosen shift is required during the 90-day probationary period. This ensures consistency for both you and our clients while you settle into your role.
- Equipment: You will need a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, along with the required computer equipment and headset for handling calls.
- Communication: Regular check-ins with supervisors and team meetings via video conferencing will help you stay connected and supported throughout your tenure.
Available Shifts
We offer various shifts available Monday through Friday, ranging from early morning to afternoon hours.
