We are looking for a talented and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador of the arenaflex brand, interacting directly with players through live instant messaging, email, and telephone to enhance their experience with our online lottery games. What You Will Do

- Multi-Channel Communication: Respond to and process inbound calls, real-time chat communications, and emails with speed and accuracy. You will also make outbound calls as needed to follow up on player inquiries and ensure complete resolution.

What You Will Bring

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of inbound or support call center experience is required.
- Remote Work Experience: At least 1 year of working remotely with a proven track record of achieving set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Technical Requirements: Must have reliable internet connectivity and be able to pass an internet speed test. Must be camera-ready while working (professional appearance for video calls).
- Travel Availability: Must have the ability to travel to lottery headquarters once each quarter for team meetings and training sessions.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs. Must be experienced with computers, smartphones, and tablets, and able to troubleshoot internet connectivity, application, and browser issues.
