Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to borrower calls, live chats, and emails, ensuring each interaction reflects careerzynith’s high standards of service.
- Loan Counseling: Educate borrowers on repayment options, deferments, forbearance eligibility, and payment plans, tailoring advice to each individual’s financial situation.
