Job Summary

- Maintaining accurate customer records – documenting all interactions, updates, and actions taken in our customer relationship management system to ensure continuity of service
- Meeting performance goals and targets – achieving or exceeding established KPIs related to call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution, and quality metrics
