Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing client emails, chats, faxes, and lockbox entries with accuracy and strict adherence to established processes, including FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology
- Handling specialty orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all unique requirements are met
- Providing timely and professional client chat support across multiple platforms
- Delivering outstanding customer service phone support, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
- Offering accurate and comprehensive product and service information to resolve customer inquiries effectively
- Completing orders promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing account correspondence efficiently, including emails, chat messages, faxes, and other communications
- Documenting all interactions in our customer relationship management system to maintain accurate records
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
- Performing other duties as assigned to support team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proven previous inbound call center experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and find solutions quickly
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email platforms
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and 10-key proficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus
Preferred Skills & Competencies
While not required, the following skills and experiences will help you excel at arenaflex:
- Previous experience in eCommerce, logistics, or fulfillment industries
- Familiarity with order management systems and CRM software
- Knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory processing methods
- Experience with multi-channel customer support (phone, email, chat)
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus)
- Basic understanding of shipping and logistics processes
- Experience in a remote work environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
