Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the front‑line ambassador for careerzynith, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:
- Phone Support: Answer inbound calls using a multi‑line telephone system, providing clear, courteous, and accurate information to callers.
- Email Correspondence: Draft and send professional internal and external communications, responding to inquiries, status updates, and follow‑up requests.
- Account Assistance: Guide customers, dealers, and submission centers through account setup, submission processes, and troubleshooting.
