Position Summary

The Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex will play a crucial role in supporting our claims coordination team by providing a wide variety of administrative and staff support services. This is a fully remote position, and we will provide you with all the necessary equipment—including a computer, headset, and other essential tools—to perform your job effectively. All we ask is that you have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering claims information into our state-of-the-art claims management systems, following up on missing or incomplete information to ensure timely claim processing, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling detailed reports from our systems.
