Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in representing our brand and delivering the exceptional service we're known for. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Respond professionally and empathetically to inbound calls, emails, chats, and other communication platforms from pet parents seeking pharmacy assistance. Build rapport and establish trust with every interaction.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate customer inquiries thoroughly, identify root causes, and develop appropriate solutions that align with company policies and regulatory standards. Follow up promptly to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Pharmacy Support: Assist customers with prescription transfers, medication questions, order status updates, billing inquiries, and insurance processing. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
- Safety & Compliance Adherence: Follow strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to ensure all customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Going Above and Beyond: Exceed customer expectations by anticipating needs, offering proactive solutions, and creating personalized experiences that "wow" pet parents and reinforce their trust in arenaflex.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system. Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements that enhance team efficiency.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in customer service. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Essential Qualifications

- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or call center settings. You understand what it takes to deliver outstanding service consistently.

- Background Check Clearance: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, as this role may require obtaining a Kentucky Pharmacy Technician license (KY Rx Tech) depending on specific job functions.
