As a Call Center Representative at careerzynith, you will be entrusted with handling incoming emergency and non-emergency signals from residential and commercial alarm systems. This is not your typical customer service role — every interaction you have could be the difference between life and death for someone in distress. Your primary responsibility will be to receive alarm activations, verify their authenticity through established protocols, and dispatch the appropriate authorities when necessary. You will serve as the calm, professional voice on the other end of the line during some of the most critical moments in our customers' lives.

careerzynith operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year because emergencies do not follow a 9-to-5 schedule. We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
Shifts are typically 8, 10, or 12 hours in length, with weekend, holiday, and overtime availability required. Shift differentials of up to $4.00 per hour are available for evening and overnight hours, and bilingual team members may be eligible for additional pay differentials.
