This is a remote opportunity, which means you can work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team. However, please note that you must reside in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, or a surrounding community within those states to be eligible for this position. Our training program will begin on May 13th, 2024, giving you the perfect opportunity to start your journey with arenaflex.

What You'll Do at arenaflex

As a Customer Care Specialist I in our Account Services division, you'll be much more than just a voice on the phone. You'll be the face of arenaflex to our customers, representing our brand values in every interaction. Your mission will be to assess customer needs, provide solutions, and create experiences that leave customers feeling valued, understood, and satisfied.

You'll have access to industry-leading training, state-of-the-art tools, and a supportive team environment that sets you up for success. Our structured onboarding program ensures you feel confident and prepared before you ever take your first call.

Compensation and Schedule

We believe in rewarding our team members fairly for the value they bring to arenaflex. As a Customer Care Specialist I, you'll earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with opportunities for additional incentives based on performance.

Regarding your work schedule, we operate a shift bid process that you'll participate in before completing the training program. During training, you'll work with your Onboarding Supervisor to review available schedules and make selections that work for you. Our schedules are designed around our customers' needs – they're available when our customers need them. As a result, you'll have the opportunity to choose from a mix of 8-hour and/or 10-hour schedules, providing flexibility while ensuring we maintain our commitment to exceptional customer service.
