Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, remote Customer Care Specialist to become the voice of careerzynith for our high‑volume inbound call center. This fully remote role serves customers across the United States, Gabon, and Minnesota, providing timely, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to users of our equipment and services. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
