Position Overview: Customer Care Specialist – AM Shift

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, representing our organization with professionalism, empathy, and excellence. This fully remote position plays a critical role in managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing comprehensive support across various touchpoints.
