Key Responsibilities

- Website Navigation Assistance: Guide customers through careerzynith's online platform, helping them locate products, complete purchases, manage accounts, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- General Customer Inquiries: Address a wide variety of questions related to account management, billing, promotions, and company policies, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Documentation and Follow-Up: Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring thorough records for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), first call resolution (FCR), average handle time (AHT), and quality assurance standards.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on product updates, company policies, promotional offers, and industry best practices to deliver informed and effective support.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Care Representative at careerzynith, candidates must possess the following:
- Residency Requirement: Must be a current resident of Arizona, Colorado, or Texas (proof of residency may be required).
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center, retail, or remote support environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and compassionately.
